MISSION
The Shady Oaks II Homeowner's Association (HOA) is a community of families, friends and neighbors dedicated to creating a safe and beautiful place we call home. We know that your home is likely the largest investment you will make. As a community managed by fellow homeowners, we seek to maintain property values while providing an environment for fostering and developing our community.
MEET THE BOARD MEMBERS
We are a self managed community. Volunteers serve the community and contract agents as needed to maintain community property. To keep costs low, we do not have a central office or full time administrative staff. We have four board positions our residents serve: President, Vice-President, Secretary & Treasurer
